Ego Death: There Is Love In You (A Meditation Workshop for Creative Expansion)
This is a live audio recording of the first part of a three part meditation workshop series for creative expansion taught by multidisciplinary artist, Tara Rook. The theme of the first part is There Is Love In You and is geared towards individuals looking for creative expansion in their work or daily life.
Through meditation we will focus on transforming our attachments to confusing energies of anxiety, anger and depression into energies of love, light and wisdom for creative expansion.
Tara covers basic seated meditation, and guides participants through a meditation to both ground and uplift. Beginning to recognize and release these attachments will allow a stream of love to flow through, inviting creativity to cultivate and abundance to activate.
Please have a notebook, something to write with, a glass of water or herbal tea, and a meditation cushion or folded up blankets to sit on.
