This session is accessible to all levels and offered freely as a space for collective stillness, awareness, and connection.

    LOVE is a weekly meditation virtual class series through Love Land, Tara’s meditation studio.

    Rooted in the timeless wisdom of Pema Chödrön, Thích Nhất Hạnh, and Tara Brach, Love is a 30-minute compassion-centered meditation inspired by loving-kindness (metta) and the peaceful presence of White Tara, the Tibetan deity of compassion. Through spacious guidance, breath, and soft affirmations, we’ll open the heart and radiate love inward and outward.
