  • A Virtual Meditation and Movement Class Series

    Monday Mornings from 7:30-8:00am

    Honey is a donation based weekly meditation and movement virtual class series.

    A "honey mind" refers to a mental state that is sweet, smooth, and free-flowing, much like the texture of honey.

    Imagine allowing thoughts and sensations to pass through your mind with acceptance and kindness, instead of becoming frustrated by distractions or stress.

    The class begins with a guided meditation for reflection and intention setting, fostering a soft, non-judgmental awareness. This is followed by a gentle flow that combines elements of vinyasa, hatha, and restorative yoga. Moving at a slower pace allows for presence in each asana, with a focus on breath, alignment, and mindful movement. The sequences balance stretching and strengthening to cultivate stability and peace within the body.

    The class integrates self-healing practices into their daily lives.

    Over time, students will cultivate a fluid and unhurried approach to life, inviting clarity, patience, and abundance into their everyday experience.

    A guided meditation designed to awaken your inner potential and align with higher frequencies of light and energy. Through visualization, breath work, and intention, this practice clears old patterns and activates a deeper connection to your true essence, allowing you to step into your most radiant, empowered self.

Meditation Club:A Monthly Mindful Gathering at Commune

Join us for grounding afternoons of stillness, breath, and connection, held the first Saturday of every month from 2-4pm, beginning in September.

The Meditation Club is a welcoming, non-religious space to practice mindfulness and explore what it means to be present in city life. Each session includes a short guided meditation, open conversation, and simple tools for everyday awareness. No experience needed, just bring yourself.

Open to all backgrounds, identities, and levels.

Come as you are. Stay as long as you like.

1. Come As You Are No need to be experienced, spiritual, or “good” at meditating. All are welcome.

2. Respect All Backgrounds & Beliefs This space is non-religious, open to everyone regardless of culture, gender, identity, or worldview. We honor each other’s uniqueness and experiences.

3. Listen with Presence When others share, we listen without fixing, judging, or interrupting. Silence can be just as meaningful as speaking.

4. Keep It Confidential What’s shared in the space stays in the space. We cultivate trust by respecting privacy.

5. Share from the Heart If you choose to speak, speak from your own experience. There’s no pressure to perform or give advice.

6. Phones Off, Minds On Please silence devices and give yourself this hour of full attention.

7. Be Kind To Yourself and Others There’s no perfect way to meditate. The practice is simply showing up.

8. Participation is Optional You’re welcome to just sit, observe, or take a quiet moment. No one will call on you.

9. Consent Matters We don’t give unsolicited advice, touch, or therapy. This space is peer-led and rooted in mutual respect.

10. We Grow Together This is a living, breathing community. Feedback is welcome and the space evolves with all of us.

Inspired by nature’s effortless transitions, this session is designed to help you gently let go of outdated patterns and make space for new growth.

Led by artist and meditation guide Tara Rook, this class invites you to reconnect with your inner rhythm- the quiet voice of wisdom that shifts with the seasons. Through stillness, imagination, and intuitive creativity, you'll explore how the Earth teaches us to release, evolve, and begin again.

In this virtual gathering, we’ll:
